Project With the continued efforts to redevelop the old Astra Zeneca site, Delle Donne continues to grow the site including the current construction of a new 12 story class “A” office building core and shell design. The design includes all aspects related to a high rise building as it relates to stair and floor smoke pressurization systems. The building HVAC conditioning is by way of a 100% VRF systems.
